"THE BEST FINS!! Take a minute to read this: Okay, I read some of the other reviews here that were fairly negative or critical of the Da Fin experience and I just gotta say nothing could be further from the truth. I bought my fans at the Frog House in Newport Beach, California and I found my fans to be everything that their website said they would be ! Quality of construction, Comfort, everything is just like it said and I have super large feed so to find fins that fit is really a miracle. I lput them in with just a small touch of lube , hand cream, because everything was dry, there was no water so to speak, and they slipped right on! I wore them for 3 1/2 hours just to make sure they would feel good. And they did !! As I said, I’m a guy with a freaking huge size 15 1/2 feet. I got the extra extra large fins and I am just stoked that I can find this sort of quality no for feet so large ! Can’t say enough good about this, take your time to really look at this product in person yourself or just look around the web, I mean other than the two or three people here making complaints. If you go on the web, look at YouTube - the pros, established people, have nothing but great things to say about these fins, and it’s for a reason - they are GREAT!!"

"Placed an order online to ship to Japan. After 6 days and no shipment email update I sent an email - to which I've never received a response (2 weeks). I phoned twice during business hours only to get voicemail. I left a message requesting an update on the order via email or phone to which I have received no response. After 15 days I disputed the order with my CC company as they've already charged me but haven't shipped me anything. I'm not mad - I'm disappointed. I hope they can get it together. Update: Finally got back to me, offered excuse plus half off of I wanted to order again. I waited a couple of months and decided to give it another try. My order arrived as promised."

"I got these fins because of their good reputation. After trying to learn how to use fins, I learned that I put them on incorrectly and broke these fins (these fins have a steep learning curve). I reached out to Dafin and spoke to Maile Thompson whom initially provided information on how to properly use fins and that they will replace my fins for free. I offered to pay for one fin. Then I couldn’t reach the customer service for months as they were non-responsive through email and phone. I bumped into maile at vacation in oceanside and she said she was just busy which I completely understand with covid and she said to reach out to her again and she will respond. It’s been another 6 months of calling and emailing with zero response. Customer service is non existent. As for the fins, if you are looking to buy these, the rubber is uncomfortable/hard and you will get friction blisters if you are trying to learn on these. The fin portion is not flexible at all which makes it very difficult to learn, if you are a pro at body surfing I have no doubt these are great, but don’t buy these to learn"
