"Bought a board in feb 2024 said it will come in march. Sold my old board. When march came I seen a post on instagram, board shipment come in and to pick up boards so I went to the store assuming my board was there to pick it up. Nobody told me they will call me for pick up. They told me it has t arrived and said there was a mix up and it’s now coming in June. Called to complain why June. They do have April’s and may deliverys and owner got mad so he cancelled my order. Said I’m harassing his workers by asking about my board. I didn’t not swear or yell at them."

We received personal communication about the board coming into the shop, packing, shipping, and arrival to our local airport was seamless.
