"Retail staffs needs major training. Went in to look at wetsuits. A young man was working. He seemed preoccupied and irritated. I asked some questions and he was unhelpful and seemed like he just wanted me to look for assistance elsewhere, he even seemed aggro when I asked questions. Real turn off. I feel other shops such and HIC and T&C are much more accommodating, friendly and helpful with way more aloha. I ended up going to another shop to purchase a wetsuit. The real blame isn’t the sales staff. It’s the management. Maybe they’re under staffed or the sales clerk was a rookie nevertheless there’s no excuse to treat customers so badly. I read some negative reviews before I went there. The saying, “If there’s smoke, there’s a fire” is unfortunately very true in this situation. The staff is just a direct reflection of the upper management."

"Terrible quality bikinis. Got a bikini that broke the first time it was in the washer, less than a month within having it. Because tags weren’t attached I couldn’t return it even tho it was a quality issue. Don’t get the bikinis can’t speak for the rest of the stuff."

"Spent $100+ there and also purchased a water bottle. The lid broke within a few uses and I went back to return it. They didn’t have the same color in stock and would only exchange a color I didn’t want, and refused to let me keep my bottle and just replace the lid for me. For some reason they wanted to put my bottle in a damage bin but refused to put their own bottle in the damage bin to make me happy. Manager and staff were insistent on taking the entire bottle from me, lacking all common sense. The outcome would have been the same for her either way. Had a heavy corporate feel to it like I was talking to a bunch of robots who spoke bleebloop language and gave me crazy looks."

"Went here on a whim passing by looking for a rash guard shirt and boy did I find a great deal! I got a very good short sleeved Rip Curl rash guard shirt with 50spf protection for under $40 taxes included which I'd say is a damn good deal. The staff member that was there at the time was very friendly and willing to help us out with all our questions."
