"EXCELLENT service!!! Alan is AMAZING!!! I contacted Alan hoping to have my ring resized (smaller), I told Alan the issues that I had with my ring spinning on my finger. Alan explained that the cost of resizing may not be worth it and that the issue could remain even after the fix, Alan was just so kind and that is when i knew that I had to have him look at it.
