Very kind and down to earth, they don't try to push anything on you. They took the time to explain how pearls are formed and how they're harvested, where they source their pearls, the differences between the pearls. Even though they were working on grading pearls, they took the time to chat with us about Hawaii and their lives on the islands. The craftsmanship is superb, and they have a fine variety of jewelry from which to choose. They do custom work, and will ship if you can't come to Oahu in person.
