I purchased a charm for $95 from this store, which is getting sold at Original Pandora store right across the street for $65. Also, they do not let you return items. Once you pay the price, you are stuck with it. Buy from the Original Pandora store across the street."

"AVOID. Horrible customer service. The lady was impatient, discriminative, and extremely rude. She asked me if I was Korean at the beginning. After I told her that I was not, she refused to show me anything and told me their products were too “expensive.” I was wearing normal gym cloths, wearing a $30 ring which I shared with her, and that apparently gave her an impression of me being someone that she could bully. I had no idea where her judgemental attitudes came from. She apologized only after I showed her the necklace that I’m wearing and the price of it that could probably buy several of the most expensive pieces in the store. She also kept telling me how difficult it is for her to speak English, which I found very bizarre and unrelated to her assumption and discrimination against customers. I know she’s not the owner. So if the owner sees this, be aware of what kind of person you hire who can destroy your business brand and reputation. Happy to provide video evidence and additional context if needed."
