"My partner and I have been talking about the ins and out marriage for years. We decided together what felt best was me choosing my engagement ring. To take the pressure off him buying me something I didn’t LOVE. I have been a fan of Camille’s craft for years and decided a thoughtfully sourced and hand crafted ring was meaningful to me. As this was my first time designing any jewelry, I was both nervous and fickle. Camille was patient and kind as I tried to figure my own desires out. I wanted a small, streamlined moon ring. I wanted it to have a non traditional stone and I wanted it to be something I can live an active lifestyle in without it being annoying. (I am typically not a jewelry person for this reason) Tall order to say the least. Together we mapped out a design and she was understanding as I changed my mind on the first design before production started. She diligently found me the perfect stone in our price range. When my input aspect was over and it was creation time I became quite nervous. What if I don’t like my own design? I had to trust myself and Camille and thank goodness I did. The moment I saw the finished ring I was head over hills. I have never been a jewelry person and I have never enjoyed a piece so much!
