"Interior design is contemporary, floor plan is well established, and the lightings are esthetical. The bed is so comfortable and beautiful. service are amazing, food looks nice, and taste is even better. The bar tenders provide great services. Located in the goverment ctr, it is so convenient for business traveling downtown area."

"While Honolulu is a chaotic nightmare and I’d rather drive through Mosul again. I was grateful for a valet service. The rooms where…interesting. No micro wave, the heat was broke in the building (room was freezing cold upon arrival). The bathrooms are as I’d say uniquely different. While a solo person may not care, some are uncomfortable with a sliding glass door that has a large crack in which you can see your significant other on the bed whilst taking a number 2. Figuring out the shower was something else as well. Yes it’s nice having two shower heads, but when it takes 8 million years to warm up it provides and unpleasant experience as the ebbs and flows of hot and cold wash over you. Modern and up to date the hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. As a platinum member a upgrade would have been nice but I understand they were full. Not an extended stay with your significant other unless your looking for a divorce. Otherwise glad it was one night and grateful for a decent customer service."

"Staying here right now and need to write a review! First, the pros: the hotel is newly renovated and the staff are very friendly. The rooms have rain showers and feel spacious despite being very small. Next: the cons. The bathroom doesn't have much privacy at all, with a sliding door and a glass shower wall. But more importantly... didn't know the area is quite unsafe at night. We went for a walk to dinner a few minutes away and to be honest, I'm glad nothing bad happened to us. My gut feelings were very bad with a few people passing us, and we saw a woman assaulted on the street. It's not a safe area at night. We also woke up to a man yelling for help outside, to call the police because he had been mugged!! If you're on vacation, Waikiki is much nicer. Sorry Marriott!"

"If I could give a 6/5 stars I would. This hotel is newly built so of course the staff made us aware of any kinks that should be brought to their attention. The service here was incredible. Every single person made us feel welcomed, talked to us, guided us to awesome places, just all around amazing service! The breakfast was exceptional as well, it was a European style breakfast and you could also order a few things a la carte off the menu. It was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and the chef greeted us every morning and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Our rainfall shower head wasn't working properly so they comped our breakfast every single day, just another testament to their amazing service. An engineer even came towards the end of our stay to fix the shower head anyways! The gym was adorable, well stocked, and clean. I loved the hotel room and the layout and design. I would come back here every time I visit Honolulu. I highly highly recommend!"

"Me and my family reserved 4 rooms for four nights the first week of them opening. The staff is 5 star. So friendly. So helpful. They are still learning. Be patient with them. We were disappointed in the breakfast options so we had to go out daily for breakfast. Wishing them much success because overall the staff made our stay comfortable."
