CVS pharmacy

"I wish they had negative stats to rate CVS. I was in Waikiki and only in town for a short time. I finally found this CVS which was hard to find as the large sign outside says Longs , not CVS When I get there I find out the pharmacy is closed for a lunch break, how ridiculous is this , why not split the crew and stay open. They of course they don’t open up not even a second early even though they can see people in line Because they were closed now there is a line when they open. After being there so long because of their ridiculous lunch break shut down I had to use the restroom and I don’t live in Hawaii or know the area but an employee told me to go ask someone at the counter, she tells me they don’t have a bathroom. I then find a third employee as one employee says they have a bathroom and one says they don’t, one had to be lying so tried to find out if there was one. I was told I couldn’t use it but I could walk down the street to some store , which I don’t have a clue as I don’t live in Hawaii. I couldn’t find the store but luckily Dukes let me use their bathroom First of all closing from 1-2 pm is just ridiculous for a billion dollar company Secondly , after customers spend hundreds of dollars on over priced medication that they would not allow a grown man tourist not familiar with the area not use the restroom and sent me down the street is appalling. If I didn’t have to wait for the pharmacy to open I wouldn’t have to use the bathroom No wonder CVS stocks is down $30 a share in the last year as they treat customers like trash"

"My brother needed to run in and get something specific, and it was a quick in-and-out trip. Would have been a pain if i wasn't able to drop him off/pick him up, though, as parking is not super accessible with how busy everything is."

"Why does the Waikiki CVS store never gets the drinks on sale?!? Also, they hang up on you when you finally get someone on the phone! They are part of the CVS Longs right!?!? Just because it's Waikiki doesn't mean Local people don't reside there, they almost never have the sales like the others."
