"I got beautiful twin pink pearls and requested earring. The first pair I was shown was over $700. The next pair did not have diamonds and was over $500. I said ok because they were so pretty. The couple next to me was shown earrings for $75. I told the lady I’d rather have the $75 earrings because the pearls were beautiful enough but she had already mounted them. I did get a lovely green Pearl pendant as a gift, but would much rather have spent less money. Lesson learned. Don’t take the first offers."
