"Staff would not pick up the phone after trying them for days we went in person just to be turned away, refusing to book us for an appointment. Don’t go here they will waste your time."
"Worst vet office I’ve used. If you’re looking for a vet on Oahu go to Aloha Affordable Vet in Aiea."
"Either they take their phone off the hook or they love listening to it ring because they never answer. Also the hours they are open is a straight up lie. They randomly close all the time. Really living up to and taking “island time” too far."
"Not experienced with husky’s like they claim. We took our husky there and prior I told them he is vocal and not aggressive. When looking at him he turned toward the assistant and they claimed he lunged at her (not the case). They asked to muzzle him and I agreed, that was his first time ever being muzzled. Ultimately they decided I should medicate him and come back again. He’s almost 10yrs old and never had issues at the vet. The vet mentioned his weight and started pushing science diet. I told her I would look into other options since I don’t like the ingredients in science diet. When I asked her why science diet was preferred her response was it was the “science behind it” but failed to elaborate what that science was. I left upset especially having to muzzle my dog so when my husband came and I explained the situation he told them we would not be coming back the vet started laughing. Very unprofessional and rude. We now take our pets to VCA and I highly recommend them. My dog even lost weight with the recommendations and servings of the food of my choice."
"I brought my rescue kitty here as she suddenly began showing signs of pain Friday afternoon. Sadly after Dr. D. examined her it was clear she was in pain and her organs were shutting down. They gave me time to say goodbye. I had her cremated and when I picked up the urn there was a lovely sympathy card, ceramic footprint, and a packet of flower seeds. I was very touched by their kindness. I highly recommend this clinic and thank Dr. D and her professional staff for their compassionate care."
