"UPDATE: 2/24/24: This place just gets worse by the minute. Booked our two puppies for grooming and the other week and they cancelled them both the day of the appointment because their groomer called in sick. Rebooked them for today and wouldn’t you know it, they cancelled them both again because their groomer called in sick. No help, no offering to fix it just a, “yeah uh ok we can book you another day” like people don’t have schedules of their own. Coupled with my previous experience this place is just the worst groomers I have been to when it comes to customer service. They really need an overhaul to turn things around. UPDATE: I tried them again and was happy that they were able to take good care of my puppy this time. 5 stars for this visit. I had no problems checking him in and Darby did an amazing job for my puppy’s trim. The only thing I would have liked is even though PETCO Grooming responded to my review they never reached out or followed up. Terrible customer service would be an understatement for my latest visit here. Showed up for my pets grooming but there was a family in front of me with a bunch of pets that looked like they were first time customers so they had to add them all into the system. Took about 15 minutes and once they were done and came out I went inside the grooming salon where I waited another 10 minutes before someone came to help me. They asked me to wait a second and another 10 minutes went by before they actually asked for my name and what I was there for. Once they looked me up they said I was late and my groomer left. I told them if they would have just called me they would have realized I had been standing there the entire time. The staff seemed to have no care in the world that they just wasted about 45 minutes of my time and just said I’d have to book another appointment. They didn’t even try to make it right. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because I have came here before and not had an issue but today made me realize they don’t care if they waste the customers time and try to make the situation right."

"We were able to walk in for a mini make-rover for our 2 dogs. They told us 10-15 min wait which was totally fine. They were quick."
