BikeIt Poipu - Kauai Ebike Tours

"What a perfect way to start your day! My husband and I recently took this tour with one of our visiting friends. We were excited, but since we’ve lived here for about 15 years, we didn’t have super high expectations. It was AMAZING! We were absolutely blown away from start to finish. The bikes are super comfortable and easy to use. My husband was eager to watch me struggle since I’m not a super strong bike rider, but the handlebars were ergonomic, the seat was comfortable and the buttons were easy to use to operate and adjust the bike settings and gears. Who knew that I would still learn so much about an area I’ve spent so much time in?! Both Lori and Eugene are excellent tour guides and through individual speakers mounted to each bike, they provided us with history, geography, and local knowledge along with safety tips and warnings to keep us all comfortable and safe. The tour was a perfect pace, and we were neither bored nor overworked. I HIGHLY recommend this tour for both locals and visitors alike. It is a beautiful way to start your day, get a little exercise (or not), see the highlights of Koloa/Poipu and learn something you probably don’t already know."

"This was SO MUCH FUN! At the end of the tour I was ready to go again. I really enjoy riding bikes and this is the perfect amount of adventure and getting acquainted with the South shore of Kauai. Lori and Eugene are wonderful and you will absolutely enjoy your time with them. I recommend doing this at the start of your trip here if possible so you can collect more ideas for what to do next."

"Lori and Eugene are great! Made us feel so welcome, too. My husband and I did this tour in January and had a great time - the e-bikes are beautiful and easy to ride. We really enjoyed that the tour went inland a bit and we saw and learned about some of the island's sugar cane history, the first Catholic Church on the island, the old pre-automobile road, and more. Lori leads the tour, chatting almost the whole way about tidbits of local scenery, history and some fun stories. Eugene is the most knowledgeable guy about nearly everything you could want to know - from the names of trees to the types of surfing waves to local politics - and he keeps everyone safe all the while!"

"This was by far our favorite experience during our visit to Kauai! Lori and Eugene were amazing tour guides. We got to see so much of Poipu that we wouldn’t have seen if we did not do the bike tour. Safety was their top priority and it was a great tour for beginners on e-bikes. Tour was 2.5-3hrs and about 14 miles of biking. They took us to some great views & local spots throughout the whole tour. If we come back to this island, we will definitely book with them again!"
