"Room was great. Spacious and quiet. No complaints. Pool and grounds were beautiful, wish they had a bar at the pool or beach (beach is shared with a really nice resort and while they have a bar there, it wasn't clear if we could use it) Additional parking expense adds up quick and seems excessive, but oh well."

"Grounds maintenance remains outstanding. We do our orchids trail walk and are impressed how healthy they are. Beach is in good shape. Nice to have the music of the bar down by 9. Staff is very competent and efficient. Do appreciate them."

"We had our honeymoon at Hanalei Bay Resort and we were very happy with our stay. The room we had was a one bedroom, two full bath suite with a living room, full kitchen and two little patios/deck areas. The main pool/hot tub were cool! The resort offered golf cart rides to the private beach which was a nice bonus feature. The Happy Talk Lounge on site is also great for dinner, and the resort even offered a hula/Lei making class. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to go back someday!"

"The staff was extremely helpful & nice. Our room was clean & well maintained. The tennis courts, pool/hot tub - all excellent. A short walk to the beach or they will provide shuttle service, if preferred. The restaurants onsite were delicious. The views were breathtaking. Not a bad thing to say. We will definitely return."

"This is a wonderful relaxing resort with a heavenly location and grounds. We stayed near the pool, and I loved how peaceful it was to sit on our balcony in the morning. I recommend as a midrange option with views of the bay. We felt comfortable in the very spacious rooms, but you do feel their age. I would have liked to see floors/bathrooms a bit cleaner. We did think the added resort/parking fees were a bit excessive as well. Note: This property has outdoor stair access to rooms and no elevators."
