I called back and asked if they had any detox available they said no we don’t have that here and I asked are you a smoke shop she said yes and tried to explain something but I hung up immediately. "Picked up Marlboro Lights instead of Marlboro Ultra Lights by mistake, and called the first thing the next day when I realized the error to see about exchanging them. Was informed of their "no exchange" policy for even sealed packs with accompanying receipt with only nonsensical concerns about customers undetectably placing foreign objects or substances in sealed packs for refusing the exchange. If anyone knows how to put steel needles (specific example given) inside a Marlboro pack leaving no evident holes in the outer plastic wrap or the cardboard flip-top container, or successfully evade identification using a credit card for the purchase, both I and probably law enforcement would like to know."

"Great staff! Always very nice and helpful. Update 12/18 Great staff always have treated me really good. Usually bought cigarettes and also picked up 4 king size bed sherpa blankets. Blankets are beautiful warm great art work! Regards to the Cigar's be careful Even in my humidor for a day they still tasted nasty. Brand had a great rating and a good review. Asked about refund, exchange,and even a discount for the others. No I went back and staff said ,Nope as per the Manager .they must of been there for awhile. Even the box and other removed hmm wonder why? I spend at least 300 or more a month. Never going back."
