"Last Christmas. The line and the wait was long. All walks of life. The lady wearing santa hat helped me and my elderly mom in walker with the application so that we don't have to come a second time. I watched the other lady at the front handling cases non-stop early am till after lunch. Wayne the interviewer meticulously walked us through the process taking out all the pains. The system is far from perfect, but I respect these real people working at the front line day in and day out. Thank you!"
"They had me wait in the q for 10 minutes of calling 9 then when it was my turn couldn’t get reached still. Afterwards, telling me to leave a voice message but the inbox was full"
"I was on hold on the phone for 4hrs, and then when they said I was next on the queue, they said they couldn't help me today, call back. Then hung up on me. Wouldn't even let me leave a message. Why can't they answer the phones??? I'm disgusted with the way we're being treated. I also don't recieve important letters in the mail, then get cut off because I didn't talke care of the pprwrk they never sent. This happens at least 2x or more a year... This is unacceptable goe us houseless ppl. I got certified for my insurance because I live in my car, but when I turned the pprwrk into the2 insurance company, they denied me.Even though I was certified, they 4got to put the district office stamp on my paper, so I have to start over, and my insurance expired in December. All it needed was to be stamped.??"
"poor government planning allowed them to reopen after a year and a half with NO EXTRA WORKERS. as IF this wouldn't have happened! Ige is withholding HALF of the covid relief budget "for a rainy day". He's got to GOOOO"
"I was on the phone waiting for 1hr from 10:19am to recently 11:20am. It said "You are number 1 in the Que" it then said the mailbox you are trying to reach is full and hung up. Do you know how irritating that is? Now I called back 11:20am and it says experiencing high volume of call again. Same thing again get to number 1 on the Que and it rings and says "the mailbox you have reached is full" hung up. 2nd time I took a picture of how long I have waited and then it just hung up. 2hrs."
