Personal and friendly service tops everything off. The blue TV screen has been replaced just in time for the Super Bowl. Kudos!"

"Unbelievable. Called and asked if they had squid, the girl that answered had no idea what squid is. She took 2 minutes to ask someone and came back on and said, "nah, we ain't got none." I said, "you don't have what?" She said, "nid. What'd you say?" I said, "squid." She said, "ya, we ain't got none." I asked when they'd be receiving another shipment. She said she'd ask someone. I waited for 5 minutes on the phone. She never came back on. Just lost a loyal customer. "Ain't got no time for dat.""

"First time in today and was completely blown away with the variety and quality of the meats available!! We ended up getting their butcher block burger patty’s, ground rabbit and a bit of their Wagyu jerky. We cooked it up tonight and we’re blown away with how delicious and flavorful the meat was!!! We definitely will be back!!!!"

"I really wanted to love this place and had been wanting to try it since moving to Henderson in 2020. My husband and I went in looking for ribeye, they had them, they looked delicious. The woman behind the counter seemed to be in a huge hurry (there was one person next in line), she was fairly rude and unhelpful. I wanted to ask her what the difference was between the two ribeyes they had in their case, but didn’t ask her because she was acting like I was a burden by being there. We brought our 3 steaks home,(we paid $70 for these btw)cooked them the same way we would any high priced steak. They had zero flavor. I felt like I was eating cardboard and water. Very disappointing. I’ll be buying my meat elsewhere. Costco has better steaks than the butcher block."
