"I am a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in trauma victim recovery. I have so many patients and couples that struggle with comfort with their own bodies, feel avoidant/uncomfortable talking about self-pleasure, and past sexual trauma has robbed them of their right to the enjoyment of intimacy. For so many sexual trauma victims, its incredibly difficult to feel safe inside of their own bodies— and to be able to mentally separate violent touch from safe touch. There is an exceptionally conscious and deeply informed employee named Tara, who shared some great ideas for helping victims of sexual violence start to explore at their own pace. She shared with me how she patiently and gentle guides folks in selecting products and how to utilize them within their own comfort zone. Apart from an extremely knowledgeable sex educator and victim advocate, she struck me an outstanding human being with a deep compassion for others. I consulted with her about arranging her support for a patient on my mind, but it sounded that she will be moving on from her position. What a profound conversation I had with a gem of a person! The folks shopping in the store were diverse in gender identity, preferences, cultures, and from all walks of life. My experience was outstanding and it gave me a ton of ideas to assist couples in sex therapy, as well. Tara, thank you for exceptional service!"

"Don’t shop here. Laney Love owns this store. She’s a hypocrite. She greedily bought the cotton tail ranch, never planned on running it, tried selling it for an absurd million dollars and then the ranch got burned down a few years ago. It’s hypocritical because she runs an adult toy store. Not only that, her general manager was rude to me when I went in and asked for a donation to my non profit."

"Love this store. Walking in you’re greeted. The layout is spectacular, organized and well stocked. Felt like there was an endless amount of items here for everyone’s needs. Upstairs there is their clothing section. The lady who helped me was restocking and provided assistance when asked; not hovering over me which may make one feel uncomfortable. Did not feel pressured at all. She even offered to make sure one of my products was operating before I left. Great service, great selection, great prices."
