"I had an appointment with eye zone to have my eyes checked on 2-1-24, ordered glasses the same day and here it is 3-7-24 and I still have no glasses. I went in to check on my glasses and walked out with the glasses prescription to get glasses somewhere else. Is all I got told was my glasses were still at the lab, someone should be checking on things. Then they were going to refund me money I didn't pay they should be thankful I'm an honest person I could have taken the money and ran. I don't really know if this is a good place or not, but I do know I will not go back here. I don't really think the office manager has any clue what she is doing. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to put something otherwise this wouldn't post If I could give them no stars I would."

"I don't normally review places on Google but I had such a lovely experience there yesterday. The staff (from check-in, Angelo, Dr. Mary) were all wonderful. It would have been nice to have less-expensive eye-glass options as my bill out the door for 2 pairs was rather high....but they were my first real pairs ever and I realized it was a huge treat and they were a fancy brand. But it would be nice to have different price points available."
