I have a funny way of organizing my documents and she was so patient and honestly led the conversation in a way that was efficient while still allowing me to ask questions. I notice I hesitate to ask questions and I think it’s because in the past tax preparers wanted me to auto trust they were doing everything accurately…but if you can’t communicate with your tax person, that’s how mistakes are made and Lucy made THAT part so easy. "Liberty Tax exhibit no integrity. Lucy charged me for shoddy work, subjecting me to over paying $4600 in state taxes and now refuses to satisfy my refund request. WHY TRUST LIBERTY TAX WITH YOUR TAX RETURN? NO ACCOUNTABILITY Liberty Tax in Kahului is refusing to accept responsibility for a $4600 error they made on my 2021 tax filing. The IRS concurred with and refunded me without deliberation. I will be writing regular reviews until this office satisfies my complaint. I recommend not work with this office again."
