"I have been coming to this office for 5 years, for the past year i have had nothing but trouble, my children havent seen a Dr in a long time, i always see the nurse practitioner; eventhough she is very nice, i feel my infant should see her pediatrician. That is not something that bothers me too much, what bothers me is the staff, if you are 5 minutes late, they sign you in as a walk in and hope there is a cancelled appointment so they can "fit you in". And to top it off there is a male receptionist that is very rude!! He gives you the "why are you here look" .... Everytime i call to make an appointment, its rarely given to me in an acceptable time, always 6-7 days later, then even with an appointment wait time is an hour in the waiting room and another 30-45 min for "dr" to see my child! Im tired of them, they are loosing 4 patients very soon!"
