"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Items with no price tags . 11 US$ for 24 oz . Modelo!!! My first and last time...Shame on you!!!"

"There are three ‘essentials’ shops in Caesar’s Palace. The main one located in the Lobby is by far the largest with the widest selection and is open 24 hrs. What I liked best about this particular shop was that they had some refrigerated Prosecco whereas in the other essentials shops, they were all room temperature. Another shop is located near the Palace Tower and convention area. It is much smaller but offers a similar selection of goods. The last one was barely open during our stay and is located near the Augustus Tower. It is a shame it was always closed as it had some really cute bags in the window. All shops offer astronomically high priced gifts and basics like medicine, milk and feminine hygiene products. Expect to pay around $7 for a bottle or water and $15 for a small box of feminine items. These prices are high, but nowhere near what you’ll pay if you opt to eat anything from your room."

"Was at the Emperors Essentials store at the entrance at Las Vegas BLD just 2 hours ago this afternoon. I was escorting my 89 year old mother to buy presents for her grandchildren. She want to buy 3 t-shirts and 3 full length bathrobes. I suggested we just buy the t-shirts now and our way out we buy the robes cause they are heavy to carry around the casino. So I paid for 3 t- shirts, and Putin one bag. My mother asked the female sales assistant if she could have an extra bag inorder to put 2 tshirts in one bag and the other in another bag so she could give gift with bag. This sales assistant ask if we are staying at this hotel. I said no. She said store policy is we get only one bag. We bought 3 shirts,, what business is it of her where I’m staying? On our way out we ought the robes at the other Emperoors Essential store who put each robe in a seperate bag. What a disgusting customer service this female store assistant gave to an elderly 89 year old lady. Why are you employing staff delivering poor customer service? Don’t buy from the store at the entrance at Las Vegas BLD go to the others. I will never buy there again, who needs a disgusting attitude while shopping and treating an elderly women like that."
