"This store is constantly being visited by individuals who are looking for trouble or to commit a crime. Individuals who just bother other shoppers for no reason, and I have seen it happening there. The owner needs to hire a security guard in this store. I am not sure what the owner is exactly thinking, it seems he lacks the basic knowledge of how a business image should be perceived in the public eye. I know a lot of people who stopped going to this store due to them being bothered by random troubled individuals in the store. And the weird part is the cashiers at that store start making friendships with those troubled individuals. A message to the owner of this 7-Eleven "Dude, come on, I am sure you can afford a security guard" YOU NEED SHOPPERDS TO FEEL SAFE SO THEY CAN SPEND MORE MONEY AT YOUR STORE"

"Today on September 13, 2022, around 7:05 A.M. Everyday I go in to grab a large cup with the " Iced Mocha Latte" to get my day started and usually the certain employees I know have always charged me only 75 cents(Which is the price) and today, this lady that's either Indian or hispanic wants to charge me almost 2$ dollars. I told her, "Isn't it usually 75 cents because that's what I've been paying it for all this time." Then she says, " Well you gotta pay for the coffee and the cup which comes to a total of $1.86" I said," No, I've been paying 75 cents everyday coming in because this is what I usually get." Then she gave me an attitude and said, "Well the price is the price and I can't do that." So I never want to come back if she's there because her customer service is horrible and that's not how you treat people PERIOD! Especially in the morning when people have a routine for their coffee and want to enjoy coming in. If I ever come in and I see her, I would want to leave. Why would anybody would want to come back and have that kind of customer service to deal with. That's Unacceptable! Like I said, to anybody that is reading this, I've been a regular here at this 7-11 and the other employees have treated me fairly and with great customer service but this lady this morning was the worst. I never want to get anything from there ever again if she's there."
