"I like coming to this 7-11 only when a few employees are working. Like this afternoon this Mexican guy and this black dude. Two of the coolest people you'll ever meet. There's also this very pretty, very polite white lady that makes shopping here easy.. They need to get rid of the racist Samoan woman, and the racist big white woman with the short silver hair."
"Rude employees, was told my car would be fine when I had to park my car in their parking lot after being a customer and paying for gas My car did not start. There was no sign where my car was parked or anywhere along the wall or parking lot that says cars will be towed nor is there one on the door of the store or windows of the store. I called and told the clerk working at the time My car was not starting and that I would be back to try and pick it up. I went back the following day before 5:00 my car is still with having trouble starting. I let the clerk know when I called that I was trying to get someone to tow it for myself or help me get it off their lot. I was told that the owner doesn't even notice cars unless they're there for a couple days that was a lie because the owner came in that following morning and they said they did not know any information about the car I had told them about being there. So the owner called a tow company to tow it which was AAA action towing out on losi and keel off lake Mead in North Las Vegas 25 minutes away when there is a tote yard directly behind the 7-Eleven? Doesn't make any sense why they would use a tow company that is so far away unless to rip people off which they did because the towing company ended up way overcharging me and because the 7-Eleven clerk or owner would not even have the decency to get on the phone and I was also hung up on when asking where my car was towed to It was completely horrible customer service the owner would not even speak to me on the phone when he was there and the fact that the workers there have no idea what the others do or make a note that a customer has a car there that they will be back for so that the owner knows and could have waited to tow the car till at least 2 days which is 48 hours like every other tow violation when a car is parked somewhere longer than it should be there is no sticker on my car there was no warning it was towed the very next morning so I hate people like this that just rip people off and screw people over because they think it happens all the time but really they just don't care. But I guess when it happens to them they might understand how people feel. Not to mention they have all the weird people outside screaming yelling and harassing people just getting gas and trying to fix an issue in the parking lot with their car couldn't even do that because I had to keep telling a stranger that would not leave the property because the workers or owner didn't care to come see what was going on or tell the man to leave when he wasn't even of paying customer and I was. Whoever was working Monday at 6:00 p.m. the female clerk or whoever answered the phone when I was checking about my car literally told me my car was towed and there was nothing that they could do and hung up on me when I called back to try and find out who told my car and where to go to get my car back the phone rang over 10 minutes and no one answered every time I called no one answered after that. And I had to call from a different phone number for them to answer the phone so it was obvious that they purposely were not answering my number. Between new people not knowing what they're doing or miscommunicating and the rudeness and cold attitude from another employee who shouldn't even work there because that was the worst customer service I've ever seen for experienced but what can you expect when dealing with a ghetto convenience store."
"The staff at this location is ok. Great selection of fresh coffee every morning that gets five stars however the gas pumps don't function properly. Be prepared to go inside and use your card and if you're looking to use any of your rewards or get the three cents off that's not going to happen if the pump isn't functioning properly. So what should be a five possibly 10 minutes turns into 15 because you have to wait in line and when you're in a hurry in the mornings on your way to work or whatever its an inconvenience"
