Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

"Store is not 24 hours. Locked me out at 3am, intended to make about a 75 dollar purchase. The old person behind the counter just ignored me at the door, didn't come to talk to me, and I tried to call from my car with no answer. Absolutely despicable customer service. I used to come in a few times a week, will NEVER come back here again."

"We were returning a rental SUV and we were refilling it up. The cashier was so nasty, my nephew asked to use the restroom and she said you all didn't have one. She is making your business looks bad with her terrible attitude. I can see from reading other comments she do other people like this lying saying that you don't have a restroom in your business, if she' lie, she will steal. When you refilling up a big SUV, that cost money. Her service don't deserve a one, she deserves a 0. We're from Florida visiting Vagas. "Attendant was an old white woman that was really mean to a customer that politely ask for the bathroom. The patron just filled up his tank and really needed to go. The woman screa at hin because he was an old hispanic man, to go somewere else. Company should be sue for discrimination... if you can, leave your opinoon yo get this oeople in line with RESPECT for its patrons!"
