"Don’t go to the store if you were white or Caucasian in race. They allow patrons to threaten you based on your ethnicity. I had a gentleman threaten my life at the store because of my appearance. I would avoid the store at all costs."

"Has anybody noticed some of the items in the store doesn't have price tag on it you would have to take up to the front ask him how much it is I hate doing that and has anyone noticed that the workers there don't bother to give you the receipt back of every purchase and at least count the money back to you when you buy something you have to ask for the receipt every time you shop at this Market store, and to the owner name Sam please advise your employees to give us customers receipt every time we purchase our orders proof of purchase"

"I frequently go to this market and have never had any trouble. The employees are great, especially the cute white boy, he don't take bull from anyone. unlike some of the reviewers, I can read and remove my hoodie as the sign on the front door says. The store is always busy. The inside of the store and slot machines could use a makeover but in all a great experience. Low cigarette prices, cheap liquor and great employees."

"It's not the best neighborhood but they have everything that you would need for a local liquor store. Down side is a lot of homeless people tend to flock around this store especially outside and near the entrance. I had a run in with an employee that gave me a hard time about wearing my hoodie on my head. I woke up and threw on a sweater to run an errand. I didn't do anything to my hair and just put the hood on. Not the best choice apparently. He waited until he gave me my change to tell me when I come again to not wear my hood. The delivery was insulting almost as if he assumed I was trying to do something when all I was doing was getting my son some juice and chips. Proceed with caution and if you must go make your trip quick-in and out."

"Went in last night around 8 and the white guy started banging on the window to get my attention while I'm trying to grab my I.d.. So disrespectful.after giving him my I.d I told him I'm not a kid u don't have to bang in the window.he told me. "Get out " and threw my I.d.I'm pretty sure its on camera. I've been going there for the pass 3years..and not once have I felt so disrespected. If he is working I'd rather give my money to another store... The owner is great he says hello every time I come in.great guy.."
