"Stopped at 5 AM to fill 'er up to start our day journey in the Alabama Hills. Gas pump started, but slowed down to a crawl, then fully stopped before reaching half gallon!! Went in to ask the attendant to take a look or reset the pump, or whatever it needs to get it going. He was very terse and told me he didn't know what to do; he's only the snack shop attendant. I proceeded and tried to end the transaction and restart the pumping a couple of times to no avail. Attendant's attitude was terrible."
"Best rest stop I’ve ever been to in and we’ve been all over the US, going hiking. The family is SO nice. The s halves are full of snack options and road trip essentials. They have maps and a clean bathroom. The place itself is clean as well. Plus Jersey Mike’s has a GF buns so I could get a really filling meal after hiking and before getting back on the road! They also have a shaded, grassy, fenced dog area!"
