Staff were VERY helpful and nice they get you in and out pretty fast as long as you have everything you need done on your end correctly if it doesn’t go your way you can only blame yourself at the end of it so make sure you are prepared!"

"Where do I start?!? Due to a slow job market for myself I decided to try driving a taxi.. this whole experience has been less than enjoyable to say the least. There is just a bad overall attitude that permeates the industry from the bottom on up. The clerical ladies that work there are all condescending and patronizing towards the individuals that are there trying to conduct business. It seems that they have no patience for people whose main language is not English. (Especially Of African decent) so maybe higher bilingual people? Not just Caucasian and Spanish .The TA officer, “Diaz”treats you worse than the police would treat a terrorist. As a previous review said, and I can back that up. I am glad this Diaz officer is not a REAL police officer, because he would be a detriment to society, persecuting the public, and probably would panic into an officer involved shooting based on his uptight demeanor.. as other reviews have said they take way too long to do their duties. This is basic clerical work and not that hard to do. Sure you guys are busy, but it would make more sense to stagger your lunches. That way you stay open the full day and not come back to a line of 20 people at 1230pm. Whoever implemented this policy is a fool. I’ve worked in extremely busy office settings where we had to stay open, even if there was only one employee on duty. We were able to cut it why can’t you guys?? The English test is convoluted and hard to understand even for me and they should update it. The paragraphs literally reminded me of a insane person rambling about a bear going into hibernation!!! Absolutely hysterical. The low reviews are justified.. the people have spoken, and they want the taxi cab authority to have new more modern minded people in charge ✌️"

"Bad experience with driver Russell i believe his name is.its monday morning 12.20 am he picked us up from LA airport to paris hotel. First he was flying down those streets We put our seatbelts and sat. Then we almost crashed, i asked him to slow down please, first time, second time, third time. He didn't slow down Then he gets to the hotel, wherrre he heard the wrong name so he gets mad at us by telling us we gave him the wrong hotel name. Ummm why would i do that.again. flying and wouldn't slow down. He slams the door as we got to our hotel. He was fussing and puffing the whole ride. Makwill not be using your services again with this kind of employees you have."

"First of all I’m in a power wheelchair and my family and I went to Vegas for 3 days. Everything went good except for the cab rides, we needed a total of five cab rides 3 were fine but the other two were something else all together. One was extremely mean to me, it was really just like he didn’t want me in his cab. Omg we waited for him for over an hour and then when he came it was like he didn’t want me in his cab at all he didn’t say a word to me and I was really polite, and he spoke harshly to my friend and mother. The other cab driver was just very mean, he told my friend who was trying to ask him for a number to call for a handicapped cab, told him to get lost and good luck trying to get a cab for me back to the hotel. It makes me sad that the disabled has to wait for hours just to get a ride. It really shouldn’t be like that at all. We were extremely disappointed in those couple experiences."
