Bamboo Hawaii

"Hands down the worst business model I have ever seen. Was in the market for some new blinds as well as some other essentials (matting, bamboo trim, etc) and walked by the shop today. It seemed that the place was closed so I called the number listed to find out if they had a store and their hours only to be told that they do pickup only. I then asked if they had blinds and was told “no.” So I asked if they had a website or anything so I could see what products they did have and was told that “they had a website but not everything listed is still available and that the pricing was out of date for everything.” So Apparently it’s a big guessing game on what you can even get at Bamboo Hawaii. I really try and shop to support local as much as possible, but this guy clearly does not want nor need business."

"I live on the south side of the island and was looking for a specific type of bamboo and he was the only one who has it on island. I called the owner and we agreed to meet so i could purchase this particular bamboo and he was not at the office so i called left a voice mail and waited 30min hoping he might get is and show up. i called again right before i was about to leave and my call went directly to voice mail. i drove all of this way for nothing. he could have texted or called and let me know something came up but nothing."
