"All the people who answer the phones should be fired!!! They do not care at all !!! It took over 3 months to get an appointment. Once I got an appointment it is 4 months more wait!!! They are worthless, careless and heartless. I am definitely filing a complaint."

"The lady who answers the phone is rude, uncaring, and disrespectful! I called to schedule a procedure, all the files were given to them, and my doctor stated very clearly what needed to be done. She said if the doctor thought it was important someone would call me back-never happened! This was after two trips to ER. After third trip to ER I called again. She said they were too busy and moving offices so I’d need to wait (another 5 days), however they did not call for another two weeks! Another trip to ER; ER doctor called this office and demanded they see me. They set up an appointment for an exam to see if I needed treatment-are you kidding me?! When my husband called they said they cannot do a procedure without a consultation and if they determined something needed to be done they would put me on the schedule for end of October. Another trip to ER, where it was determined I needed emergency surgery and ended up flying to Oahu. Mind you, I had been trying to get this handled BEFORE it became an emergency. If I would have waited for them, I would be dead! This is the worst medical office and lack of care I have ever dealt with anywhere. They should be a shamed of themselves for their lack of providing proper care. I am thankful I did not go to them, if their surgeries are anywhere near their customer service, I could have died on their table or have a lifetime of complications. I hope Hawaii brings in another urologist so we are not stuck with this horrible excuse for medical care. It’s horrible knowing this group is the only one on-island and they basically refused to treat me, instead they prefer it become an emergency, where I was hours of becoming septic, before acknowledging that maybe I needed to be examined. Really, 7-8 doctors ALL said I needed the surgery immediately but that was not good enough for them! If you are trying to see them, you are better off flying to Oahu! They are HORRIBLE and should have sanctions brought against them!"
