"I hope Red Ribbon realize how they sell their cake is much more expensive than the US/local made, and it was so disappointing that "We don't write on cake anymore." This is what I received from the cashier on Sept 1, '23. If the business is focused on celebration, then why the staff were not supervised to be trained on writing cake for special occasions like birthdays? Is it that hard considering the price? I wonder how much customers were turned down when requesting cake writing."
