"Update: 3 months ago I sustained a severe dislocation and triple break to my ankle. After surgery and a long healing process, I knew who I needed to call to get me back on my feet with the utmost knowledge and experience. Roxanne has been my in-home PT for the last month. She evaluated my condition and set me up with a regimen of exercises and "hands on" massage and manipulation. Ice packs- made by her- have become my friend. She continually explains her process so I understand how my body will respond and progress safely. I was concerned that I may limp. But, with Roxanne's guidance that has been avoided.
