"THIS IS NOT A REAL VET CLINIC!! DO NOT TRUST THIS AT ALL!! I called to make an appointment for my dog to have stitches. It seemed okay over the phone, he mentioned the normal things like dont feed her before the anesthesia and gave me ways to care for the wounds until the appointment. But once I arrived I was greated by him and his wife (both well over 80 years old) and they started to ask questions repeatedly, like what my name was and what happened to my dog, only 3 or 4 mins apart. Once I brought my dog in, the "vet" with Parkinson shaking hands and nearly too deaf to hear, pulled out a single razor blade and started cutting my dogs hair so close to her wound he was cutting her wound. This all happening with no communication about procedure or consent. I stopped him and told him I'll need to take my dog else where. This greatly upset him and his wife and they were nearly yelling at me telling me if I didnt appreciate his expertise he wouldn't want to help me anyways. Had I never thought I could take my dog in I would have gotten her medical attention 7 hours previous to when I finally got her to a proper vet. This is a cruel way to trick people into thinking they can recieve animal care in hana and wasting time when my dog needed urgent care! Please someone convince this couple to retire, they are hurting animals even if they aren't intending to."
