"This place is horrible. They keep changing doctors and refuse to refill my prescriptions. It was great when Dr. Chapple was here. He was the only doctor willing to work with me on my thyroid issue. This office has really gone downhill since he left. Would NOT recommend."

"The pediatric side is good. I’ve been taking all 3 of my kids there for the past 9 years. Most of the doctors/nurses are good. The Family Medicine side is a nightmare! Billing is a headache, I can never get a straight answer, it’s always someone else’s fault or no explanation given as to why there’s discrepancies. Dr. Chappell was a joke. He didn’t have the slightest clue what he was doing. I am never going back!"

"Dr. Chapple is a great doctor, he is very patient and relaxed, and allows you to make the final decision regarding your own health. He gave us his cell phone number in case of an emergency, and he answered our concerns late at night. Highly recommend him (we don't bring our children here because Paniolo only accepts children who follow the Vaccine schedule)"

"The absolute worst experience at this office: I was bullied and harassed. I refused a Gardasil vaccine politely (wanted to do some research first before refusing/administering vaccine) and I was called and told we would be dropped from the practice and that I also snuck forms out of the office! There have now been 3 occasions I have been bullied over the vaccine and these UNKNOWN forms I supposedly stole. They refuse to entertain the idea that perhaps the forms were NEVER given to me, because I NEVER saw these forms I supposedly stole. Unbelievable. If you’d like to be treated as a liar and a criminal, by all means, head in! (sarcasm) They are bullies and formal complaints have been filed."

"Dr Chappell hires people to do his listening and hires people to do his bedside manner. He stands above you in his big white coat with a very superior attitude. I was uncomfortable with this posturing and he remained arrogant not willing to sit down and talk with me. The person( resident) he hired did the talking to me for him. I have a complicated disease and instead of talking to me about it, he talked about how I could feel better if I made more money. I left shell shocked as if I had been to a businessman not a healer."
