"I had such a smooth and enjoyable experience at the clinic. I was seen by Doctor Jackie Meister and Nurse Jamie, and they were both phenomenal—so personable and helpful. Wonderful service!"

"Absolutely the worst experience in over 40 years as a Kaiser member. My wife and I REQUIRE pain management meds for our very successful pain management program, we were treated like we belong under a bridge with syringes in our arms. My OVER THE TOP recommendation, is that nobody go to your appointments alone, and that you pay very close attention to the POST VISIT NOTES. I would like to add, that Kaisers Kona and other clinics on the big island, have the FOX guarding the CHICKEN COOP. Be cautious and exercise your rights."

"This place is a joke. I came in to get a chronic ear infection checked, the doctor takes a two second look at my ear, which is in searing pain, tells me that nothing is wrong, then gives me a prescription for an even less potent version of the medication that hadn't been working on me before. And the twist is that that medication he prescribed me isn't even available anywhere. So after coming back to see about getting a prescription that is actually available on the island, I sit here and get straight up ignored for 20 minutes. These people are just trying to get everyone in and out and get the day over with, they don't care about their patients. It's pretty shameful."

"Kaiser in waimea is great. Make your online appointment and go in, fill out a form and wait. The Wait times are pretty much on time or just a little over. The staff is friendly and the doctors are good. Lab work can be done at the clinic and sometimes you can sit in and wait to see if a doctor can see you."
