Fenugreek seed & powder, black paper, cumin, garden cress seeds, pea, parsley, cardamon, turmeric powder, coriander, bishop weed seed, black cumin seed, cinnamon, red lentil, red pepper powder, pea flour etc. Nature as it was before it still exists. You only need where to look for."
