"Very rude! I have severe anxiety and depression, I just received a phone call from Cheri at 7pm on Friday on a holiday. She was calling to tell me the appointment I had scheduled with her for next was actually already booked, mind you this is my second appointment booked for someone else... I was informed she cannot help me with paperwork I need filled out by her in order to move into a new place because I'm not an ongoing patient. I've paid and seen her husband twice, her once and due to an emergency I had to cancel one appointment with her, so she tells me she can't help me. And now at this point she is booked till next month and won't sign my paperwork, for someone like me who's suffers severe anxiety and depression this is a very upsetting and makes me feel extremely overwhelmed. I had a very hard time finding a psychiatrist on Maui to help me deal with these issues of mine. And now I get this from her and have to start all over, very hard to deal with... good thing I'm not suicidal. One thing after another on my life, wow! I am honestly shocked, I reach out for help and this is what I get... I pour my heart out to her and her husband and they don't even remember me when I'm in there office.... I'm in huge disbelief right now, I see why people don't even try and they just give up on getting help."
