"We love the Paniolo Preservation Society and visiting the Waimea farmers market. Fun, friendly, small market featuring local vendors and food trucks. A great museum featuring the history of the islands' cattle ranching culture and the renowned Hawaiian cowboys... the paniolos. Don't miss this little stop if you're passing through Waimea. It's a great place to get a bag of 100% Kona coffee if your pockets are deep."
"As a visitor to Hawaii every year since my daughter and her husband moved here we always make several trips to the market during our stay. You can't beat the food at the food trucks for price and taste. The atmosphere is definitely farm like, with chickens running free every where. We've eaten at most of the food trucks and never had anything but great food. You can't beat the pies for sale and the crafts."
"Had me some Filipino grindz from Farboy Kitchen, good tasty selections. Had pork skewers and halo halo."
"Favorite farmers market on island. Open on Saturday morning as well. We got some great Thai food, falafels, and Ukrainian Pyrpgki."
