"From the moment I stepped into Windward surgery center, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very pleasant and explained things well. She introduced me to the nurse that will be attending to me. Escorted by the nurse to the gurney and explained step-by-step what was to proceed from here on in. She also started my IV which she did an excellent job. Her instructions and explanations were clear and succinct. She made it very comfortable for me and alleviated as much anxiety as one might’ve had. The next person was the male CRNA who explained his position in a professional manner. The gastroenterologist came to my bedside, and I had a chance to explain what I was seeing during the prep. He showed concern and also put me at ease. The next thing I knew I was ready to be discharged and to get changed. The nurse briefly explained that no obvious lesions were seen to explain the bleeding. I was very pleased with the entire staff that attended to me during my stay at Windward Surgery Center. They were all professional and experienced in their role. All this made me feel that I had competent staff working on me to get this colonoscopy done. I appreciate this very much and have no qualms of having to come back for my future procedures at Windward Surgery Center. Thank you"
