Full Mahina LLC

Full Mahina LLC is a health institution located at 354 Uluniu Street in Kailua, Hawaii. The founder, originally from Santa Cruz, SF Bay Area, fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to Hawai’i in 2023. With a background in early childhood and parent education, as well as experience supporting children and families in various roles, the founder brings compassion and curiosity to their person-centered therapy work with clients.

Full Mahina LLC is fully inclusive of all ages, genders, ethnicities, religions, and sexualities, and aims to support individuals undergoing major life transitions. The practice is inspired by creative arts, nature, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and AEDP.

The founder's own wellness activities include connecting with loved ones, creative endeavors, taking risks, and stopping to pet all the dogs during sunrise beach walks. Humor is a favorite coping skill, and the approach to therapy is collaborative and feedback-driven.
