"I love Kaiser’s Family Practice physicians and having the entire family cared for by one doctor. KP is always there when we need them including 24/7 access to virtual visits with physicians with little to no wait. Most of all, I love the way I can get a quick response when I need something, like today when I realized I did’t have the appropriate school documentation. I called and had a signed form within the hour. Way to go KP! I appreciate you and the care you provide to my family!!"

"I went here with my boyfriend who had an appointment with his PCP, and when I went inside to check in on him the staff was very rude and not very helpful at all, I guess the whole patient confidential trip. They couldn't help me out in any way and refused to give me directions to where his doctor's office was. I never taught trying to locate someone in a medical building was so difficult but it was and I'm going to tell my boyfriend to change his doctor because Kaiser has rude and not very helpful staff and I found it to be quite stressful trying to get help from them."

"Love this place. Parking is available right in front of the building. Check-in is easy in person or by kiosk. Single level building, so no stairs or elevator needed to access. The staff are all super nice. There is no optical department here."

"They're never open when we try to go for labs. Are they always closed early (12p) on the friday before holidays? Why? What's the reason. And then also on the Monday after. I guess we're just unlucky. Also, make sure to stand up for yourself if someone from the care team speaks to you/family inappropriately. I wont name names. But File a complaint, because it's not acceptable. We did, and were happy the compliance team responded."

"I love this Kaiser! Everyone who works here is pleasant, professional, and helpful. Whether I'm calling for advice, assistance, or an appointment, I'm always appreciative of the service. My children specifically see Dr. Morimoto and Dr. Patel. These two doctors are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and courteous. My children really like and trust them as do I. They have made after-hours phone calls and filled out numerous sports physicals, back-to-class clearances, and other miscellaneous papers we need. I am just so pleased with the doctors, nurses, and all who work here and thankful for the great care they provide."
