"My mom came in today for a Fistulogram and the nurse put an IV on the arm that had the access and she said she just “remembered” that its not supposed to be on that side so she tried the other arm but missed a vein so they had to try again. They poked my mom’s arms three times before they got it. They said the procedure was going to be 30 mins to an hour so i decided to wait but instead it took 6 hours. She’s in pain right now. Do not recommend going here."
