"Some of the staff are nice. The rules are pretty pathetic. It's understandable that covid is still around so they have to take their precautions. But some parents do not have the luxury to leave their child just with any stranger or family to make the appointments. So will they just not treat you because you have no choice but to bring your child to your appointment? They need to re arrange their rules. Have some compassion for parents. Seriously"
