"This isn't the place to go if you want to actually get better. I will have to give this place (and specifically this doctor) a 1 star review. Had a great start initially, but it quickly turned into her coming to my appointment later and later and taking on a lazy approach to the topics I would bring up in sessions. We didn't talk about anything I would bring up previously and it was basically a "how's your week been" meeting. It's completely understandable to have an appointment drag on or having a break run a bit over, but it's a problem when the initial appointment is the first and only one you were on time for. And, saying that me reaching out to confirm at the scheduled time to make sure we were still meeting (since it was past my appointment time and I have to get to work) was putting "undue pressure" on her to be on time/cordial. This doesn't even include the unprofessionalism she displayed in our last session. She started off scolding me for being the only patient reaching out to confirm when she was late "out of her 40-patient catalog" (weird flex). The comments then she made towards me and my situation were completely inappropriate and out of line. She said that if the way she operates bothers me, I'm free to find another place to help with my mental health. If you are looking for a place that values your time and your concerns, I suggest going somewhere else."

"This lady is totally unqualified to be a therapist. Very self-absorbed and often distracted (she plays games on her cellphone while talking to you). She’s also late to every telehealth session yet is inflexible with your time. I don’t recommend her, and I think she needs to either find a different career path that supports her ego or refine her training so that she knows how to actually support people in need."
