"Waited for my phone appointment and never got it. When I finally got in touch with someone days later, she had a poor attitude. Customer service could be much better. Calling at the scheduled time of appointment would be great too. Thanks."
"I don’t think this location should promise something they cannot deliver. First my girlfriend and I were told that we qualified. Then we got an appointment set up to only find out we don’t qualify. We were given a number to call in case we want to fight their judgement to only give us the run around and was told to call back. When we went I person to schedule another appointment, the very same workers were there that helped us, eye’d us out, gave my girlfriend a lecture in one of their rooms until I enter the room for the worker to calm down. Very disappointed with this program. If you decide to check this program, make sure they don’t put words in your mouth. Or make things confusing for you to get any help. I’d give this 0 stars. Bad experience."
"I've been using WIC since my son was born 7 months ago. They have been very accommodating with appointment cancellations and rescheduling due to work. They even allowed my husband to go to a class instead of me because something had come up at work. The majority of the staff is very kind and caring, however; there is always going to be a bad apple in a group of people. So don't bundle them up as a whole."
"I went here while I was pregnant with my first born till he was a little over two years old. As long as you fallow through on your part the workers do their best to do theirs. Overall I've had a good experience at the leeward wic program"
