"Update: Kaiser billing is garbage. A year after our appointment we received a bill for lab work. Our insurance wouldn’t cover it because over a year had passed since the service occurred. Had the Kaiser billing department actually done their job in a reasonable amount of time, we wouldn’t have to pay for that service out of pocket. Very lazy. We will never be returning. Decent service. Nurse, doctor, and other staff were pretty friendly. Facility is presented as clean too, a huge plus. The campus as a whole is nice. Parking is usually always available. My only complaint is that we had to wait over twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment time. I suppose that’s really not bad but could be better."
