"Disappointing Service Experience at 7-Eleven 3105 Waialae Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816 I regret to inform you of the consistently poor service I've encountered at your establishment. Today, I made three separate attempts, during morning, noon, and before sunset, to purchase coffee, only to be met with careless employees seemingly disengaged until payday. This recurring experience raises concerns about the work culture at your store and the lack of attention to customer needs. As a regular patron, facing such ridiculous service is disheartening. I am contemplating escalating this matter to the 7-Eleven corporation office unless there is a noticeable improvement. I urge you to address these service issues promptly to maintain the reputation of your store. Customers, like myself, value a positive and efficient shopping experience. Sincerely,"

"Solid hot foods like spam and onigiri that is hot to the touch. Doesn’t have the best parking situation."

"Make sure to verify your receipt if you use your debit or credit card to make sure you weren’t overcharged. I was overcharged $9.92 and did not realize it until I added up my purchases when I got home. It’s always a good idea to check your bills anyway whether you’re dining out or just buying retail."

"Went to the 7-eleven today to pick up an ice coffee. Asked if they had any bigger sizes. They responded back that it was the only ones they had an suggested I could get two an pour them into a larger cup. Where I then said that was going to cost more then my starbucks .. they then told me politely that there’s a Starbucks just down the road an I told them if some lady didn’t crash into my car last week that’s where I would be. The workers went out of their way an before I could pay for my drinks they bought it for me an told me that they wanted me to have a good day because they know how it feels to be with out your coffee in the morning.. many thanks to JOY!! "The women Christine is very racist and disrespectful towards paying customers. I have been to plenty of 711 and have not been so disrespected by someone. She's old and very irrated with customers who ask her simple question s. Not only did she yell at me in front of other customers she egged me on to want to fight. She an older lady and I just believe she saw I was black and just couldn't understand why she hates me. The customers in line was shocked at her actions. I swear man I'm sick of racist in stores who don't know how to repond to paying customers no matter the color of their skin m I'm sick of it. That lady is terrible and fake and should be retrained on handling customer with respect. Shame on you. Don't shop here go to another store. This one has a racist in it."
