"one of the cleanest nicest kindest 7-Elevens I've ever been to in the world. Had some Lychee"
"We all know 7elevens are built with restrooms bad area or good area shouldn't matter when you run a gas station, they are rest stops and restrooms are part of the deal. Its also a law to provide restrooms in these types a businesses."
"It's ok. They have the basic necessities like packaged food, snacks, bread/pastries, drinks, and some miscellaneous everyday items. The ready-to-microwave meals are pretty cheap and it's in an easy to spot location."
"Very very poor customer service here. I got to this store and there were like 5 homeless just sitting around outside. On my way in 2 of them stared me down the entire way inside the store. Once inside one of them followed me in and walked around right behind me the entire time. I got to the register and there were 3 workers there all of whom refused to even acknowledge I was there. This homeless man then starts telling me he works there telling me he is my friend telling me he wants to help me I told him to get away from me and told the 3 behind the check out counter I was ready to check out. They all continued to ignore me and let this homeless man continue to rant on. I told them a second time I was ready to go. 2 of the three ignored me the other one without saying a word grabbed my stuff, scanned it, and told me the total. I told her I wanted a pack of cigarettes, which she ignored and had to be told again. I paid and left, the entire transaction this man still right up my back talking all kinds of crazy stuff. The employees didn’t care at all. Literally didn’t say anything to me at all, I had to ask twice to be rung up (I mean honestly when you work retail and someone walks up to the checkout it’s kind of implied you ring them up and don’t wait for them to ask you to do it), and had to ask twice for cigarettes. They acted like I was interrupting their entertainment of the homeless harassing their customers. Well guess what i am not a customer here any more. The whole situation was super uncomfortable and customer service does not exist at this store. That is my last trip to this store ever. To top it all off, there is no way to contact anyone from 7 11 outside the store with a complaint unless it is Monday thru Friday during working hours. Funny part about it their mission on their website “A clean, safe, and friendly place”. This store was the complete opposite of all three of those. If anyone from 7-eleven actually cares to read their reviews... the receipt says the transaction was at 9:57 pm on 2/23/19."
"Apirl 11,2017 5:45am@Pearl City 7-11 I watched all these workers pick on a old homeless man in a wheel chair with 1leg he made him a cup of coffee and spilt it 2times on accident not purposely Accident! Trying to get it on the counter! So the worker by the coffee pots told him ah no! no! No make one more u only waste! And you the homeless guy that comes in front! u only stay on the side, the worker at the counter said u no make coffee I make for u, and kept on saying those things to him in front of everyone! Inside I was boiling my husband was wiping coffee off the man and the floor and my husband started grumbling too! No one helped him! For all we know he's a homeless veteran that fell short of society's needs and wants and expectations of everything and everyday life it hurt me and pissed me off to see this happen in front of my eyes this is no way to treat anyone, like there nothing, or don't amount to u or your standards! so we helped him out the door and gave him some money and said God Bless Sr. You and he went on his way...I hope this goes somewhere and everyone sees this! And it gets back to the people that owns this company.Thats not right and those workers need to be though Coustomer service because it wasn't like he wasn't a paying customer.."
