Reviews
"This is your best bet at finding convenience store goods without the extremely busy crowds at Yosemite Village or Curry Village. Prices are inflated but the selection is good given you're in the park. Unlike the Village Store which isn't operated by the park service, this establishment is meaning your purchases help the park."
"Excellent convenience store with food, camping items, gifts, and other supplies. Prices are fair for the convenience, but beers are excellently priced by the can for $1.50 to $3.50 for a great variety."
"this store is amazing and i have so many childhood memories of spending hundreds of dollars there with my friends buying sodas and donuts for the week we were in yosemite. came back last year to find it closed due to covid and i really hope its opened back up. five stars for the cashier just letting a bunch of 10 year olds wander around looking at everything only to end up buying a 75 cent lollipop. love the place."
"I haven't visited Yosemite for over 30 years. All my previous experiences were excellent except for getting caught in a huge rainstorm in the late '70's without a tent or camping gear. That was on me, and I have no negative reviews. Want to ask if anyone knows who owns the Village stores, besides Aramark and I know Curry's contracts expired. A family used to own a market, & I never thanked them for rescuing my butt from the deluge. Any suggestions?"
"For what it is, where it is and when it operates, could not be happier. This is a mini-mart operated by Aramark in a National Park. The next closest mini-mart or grocery store not operated by Aramark is 20 miles away, and at least a 30 minute drive. And the prices there aren't a whole lot better. If you are here you are getting something minor that you ran out of: milk, cheese, bread, pasta, butter, eggs, etc. Or possibly a souvenir or maybe batteries, a map or possibly a memory chip for your phone or camera. (Think they still carry those.) The cost is what you would expect for the convenience. So for those reasons, 5 stars, staff are usually super friendly (especially compared to staff working front desk next door...). There is plenty of parking, entrance and parking are accessible. There is a bathroom nearby and those are accessible too. Takes credit cards and can buy stamps and post cards. Can't buy a bike here, but got just about any basic mini-mart item you could need and limited outdoor supplies (camping gear)."
