"Went in with my family. The cheese in my wife’s breakfast burrito was not melted and never had been. Odd…. Get to the front and the female balding lady gets super mad that I asked at the wrong time if they still give a local discount still. She re-rings everything up without saying a word bags all of our hot food with our cold drinks and hands me the bag. It was slow and there was one other family in the market. I’m sorry to take away from your time standing behind the register doing nothing."
"Tried opening the door just after 9pm (friday 11/4/22). Locked, lights off. Brochure says open till 10pm."
"This is the general market of The Pines Resort. You can find pretty much all the things that you may need here from fresh fruits to fishing gears. There is a deli here but it's closed after 2pm on weekdays and 3pm Fri-Sun."
"There’s an interesting chain of shops here, it was very busy during my visit."
"While waiting for my wife at the Job Fair I decided to treat myself to an ice cream. When approaching the Pines Market door the store employee noticed my limp and cane so she came and held the door open for me. She was very attentive to my needs and, as a result of our brief conversation, she determined I lived in Oakhurst. After my purchase she held the door open for my exit and called me by name (from my Debit Card) as I left. When I got back into my car I was glad to see that her name, Jen, appears on my recite. I also noticed she gave me a 10% discount because I'm a local shopper. Amazing. In my 71 years I see this quality of customer service less and less. I'm so happy I have this opportunity to share my experience with Jen. She's a young lady her parents, and her employer, can be proud of. Sincerely, Jim Hayes"
